DROP-OFF
Unless otherwise communicated, please drop your son off at Iron Academy at 8:00 am on Monday morning. We will check-in your son, make sure all forms are in order, and begin introducing him to other students. You will have the opportunity to meet teachers and other parents, should you choose to hang out for a bit. Otherwise, you are free to go after checking him in!
PICK-UP
Please plan to pick up your son at Iron Academy sometime in the late afternoon/early evening on Friday. We will communicate when we leave camp and when we have a more precise ETA. Please make any plans needed to be able to check communications and ensure a timely pick-up.
We have a fun and challenging week ahead of us, where your son will develop meaningful relationships with his peers and teachers. He will learn a lot about himself, too, as he is challenged to do hard things.
In addition to some Iron Academy traditions like “Across the Lake” and “Over the River”, we will have yard games (football, corn hole, gaga ball, volleyball, 9-square, etc), pool time, lake time, and more! There will also be many times of devotions, large and small group break-out sessions, and prayer. Of course, we can't forget about bonfires and s'mores, either!
Please make sure all forms are filled out as soon as possible! These forms can also be found on the Iron Academy app.
- IA Crucible Camp Form Parental permission for your son to attend Crucible Camp. Please be sure to fill out accurate emergency contact info and medical needs, such as food allergies.
- Camp Oak Hill Waiver Required by Camp Oak Hill for your child to participate in activities on their property.
- Medication Form If your son requires a prescription or scheduled medication while at camp, please fill out this form. If no medication is required, please do not submit this one.
