ForgePoint™ is Iron Academy’s schoolwide discipleship and spiritual-formation framework.

It provides a shared language that teachers, coaches, leaders, and students use throughout the school day to help young men connect their identity in Christ with the choices they make.
Its central language is simple:

“In Christ, we are people who…”

Through ten biblically grounded identity statements, ForgePoint™ continually calls young men toward the men God is forming them to become: men who pursue holiness, reject passivity, steward themselves wisely, honor others, serve sacrificially, lead courageously, embrace discipline, and follow Jesus faithfully.

The goal is not simply compliance. It is heart-level transformation within a strong Christian brotherhood.

ForgePoint™ does not live only in Bible class or when things go wrong. It shapes how we encourage, correct, coach, teach, lead, and restore. When a young man falls short, we do not ignore the behavior—but neither do we want his failure to define him. We combine clear accountability with belonging, repentance, repair, and restoration, calling him back toward who God is forming him to become.
