The Iron Academy Honor Code embodies every aspect of daily life at Iron Academy, from the classroom to Convocation to older students shepherding younger students to off-campus lunch to community outside school to communal chores. It is who we endeavor to be at our core.

The word “always” does not mean we are “always” 100% perfect. It's there to remind us that we are “always” striving to do our best. It doesn't matter if we are in the classroom, on the field, at home, jobs, or church, the Honor Code reminds us of who we are and who we want to be, which is culminated in the last line - “Follow the King”.

The graphic describes Iron Academy's Targeted Manhood Stages of Development. There is an image of a target with a sword stuck in the bullseye.
